Thank you for being so open and honest about a topic that too often gets swept under the rug. Depression is such a huge part of many peoples lives and we all need to understand there’s help out there. But we have to step forward and get that help.

I often wonder if there's a line that caregivers step over into something called 'depression' because, from everyone I interact with, there IS a continuous 'funk' that we all continuously have to manage. I think we tend to lump everything under 'caregiving.' However, there's grief and a whole host of other emotions we navigate with many lows and I don't know exactly where it starts. I don't want to offer ideas/solutions, just a lot of empathy and resonance.
